In order to obtain a large coke value, the air permeability of the filler cannot be too large. Pressurized baking is very effective in increasing the bulk density of the article. To control the final product bulk density, the bulk density of the green product must be measured and controlled. It can also be seen that an excessive amount of binder is detrimental to the bulk density of the article because 40% of the weight of the binder escapes as volatiles during the firing process. However, practice has also proved that if the binder is too small, there will be many pores in the raw product, which will also reduce the bulk density and affect other performance indicators.
