Product Details
The quartz ceramic crucible is made from high-purity fused quartz raw material and formed using advanced manufacturing processes. It features high density and excellent acid- and alkali-resistance. In high-temperature environments, it does not contaminate the materials being processed, prevents cracking during charging, exhibits outstanding thermal shock resistance, and can meet the demands of repeated, continuous use.
1. Product Features
• Exceptionally high thermal resistance: The softening point is close to 1700℃, and the short-term operating temperature can reach up to 1450℃, making it ideal for high-temperature experiments and processing.
• Excellent thermal stability: extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion, capable of withstanding drastic temperature changes without easily cracking (good thermal shock resistance).
• Excellent chemical inertness: Highly resistant to corrosion by most acidic and neutral substances.
